Cancellation Policy

If you have made a reservation with full prepayment by credit or debit card, you may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date and time. All cancellation requests must be submitted through our booking system or in writing. When a cancellation is received within this timeframe, the full prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment card.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date and time, as well as no-shows (failure to appear at the agreed pickup location and time without prior notice), are non-refundable. In such cases, the full prepaid amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
